Monthly Service Packages

Accounting Foundations

Includes: Month End Closing, Monthly Financial Statements, and Fund Balance Reporting

Impact: Improved confidence in your financial data as the foundation of your organization's decision making process.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Includes: Cash Flow Forecasting, Monthly Budget Variance Analysis, and Monthly Financial Health Ratio Analysis

Impact: Vision into where your organization is heading and the ability to respond proactively.

Data Analytics and Visualization

Includes: Three Analyses Per Month, Annual Report Metrics and Analyses, and Data Visualizations for Management and Board Reporting 

Impact: Actionable insights from your data to better serve those in your target area of impact and improve operational efficiency.

All packages include "unlimited" questions via email.

Two package bundles include a monthly recap video.

Three package bundles include a monthly meeting.

Any Individual Package - $1,400 per month

Any Two Packages  - $2,600 per month

All Three Packages  - $3,800 per month

Advisory Services

$350 per hour for advisory services outside of the standard package offerings.

Meet Drew

Hello, I'm Drew! After a decade serving within global and local nonprofit organizations, including leadership and management roles, I founded Chancey CPA PLLC with the goal of sharing my experience and expertise with organizations as they work to make a difference in their community and in the lives of those they serve. Throughout my career, I've worked alongside nonprofit CFOs, Treasurers, and Executive Directors, to drive change and implement solutions to move the mission forward. In 2023, I was recognized as an Oklahoma NextGen 30 leader for my contributions to the nonprofit sector.

As a dual-certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), I am part of an elite group of accounting professionals with broad knowledge of accounting principles and financial management. As a member of professional organizations including AICPA and IMA, I am dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards and furthering my knowledge through extensive continuing education.  

I live in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area with my wife Brittney and our five children. We are active in our Church community and enjoy exploring the great outdoors as a family. In addition to my work as an accountant, I am the author of the children's book Goodnight, Child of God.

I am passionate about serving nonprofit organizations and making a difference in the lives of others through my work.
